Finally managed to buy Roadclub! I played the demo a few months ago, and I loved it! Looking forward to playing the full version and giving back feedback! SolidBenny, you did an extremely good job mate! Gonna install the demo now, and wait for BMT micro to send me the serial key. |

Oh great, thanks for supporting independent game development! Looking forward to hear your thoughts. Maybe you'll find some other cool thing you like stonegolem hasn't found yet

Congratulations zapakitul !
Congratulations zapakitul !
I'm sure that you'll enjoy alot. Don't forget to check the track editor which was not included in the demo. I couldn't find enough time to dig it, but it seems pretty solid!
I'm having so much fun
I'm having so much fun playing the full version of road club! I had some problems with the trees flickering but solve that thanks to Stonegolem's advice regarding Nvidia Control Panel.
I'm quite enjoying the game more then initially thought! I'm only sorry that Roadclub isn't on raptr [dot] com[and that reminds me that TWTPB is missing too :(].
One thing I noticed is the immersion this game offers me. The game literary hooked me up. And I love the sound track [hope there's no license problem if I converted the sounds to .mp3 and uploaded them on my iPhone].
Gah, 'nuff talk, going back for some more driving.
Awesome to hear that you
Awesome to hear that you enjoy it!
Does hobbe know? maybe he could get both games on there..
The soundtrack is a big part of the game and it is actually available on a creative commons license on www.roadclubgame.com. Direct link: http://solidcore.se/roadclub/soundtrack.php
You can find higher-quality versions as well as a few additional songs to add to the game there.
Here's the license in a simple overview: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/
It basically says you can share and remix it as long as you don't claim you made it and credit the original.
I actually made a lot of the songs myself. My alias was Motionfield at the time. More of my music can be found at www.bennisines.com and fixtremix: http://www.fixtremix.com/artist/e67d855b3ce1/
Sorry if i interrupted your driving

The requested URL /roadclub/RoadclubOST.zip was not found on this server.
I already told hObbE on twitter about Raptr and TWTPB! I tried submitting it myself last week, but it still isn't on... Maybe devs must contact Raptr? Who knows.
OST link
Oh crap it must have gotten lost when we moved the homepage. i'll fix as soon as i can.
UPDATE: now it works again. Sorry for the inconvenience.

^Overall unacomn (the editor) seemed to like it. One thing he noticed is that on his computer the car seems to move rather slow compared to the showed info on the screen (at 90 KM/H it was barely moving for him.. could be cause he had fraps on...). Unacomn also said that it's really great you guys payed allot of attention to the details (like car lights), and that the OST was nice! Hey, he actually liked it and recommended so, congrats ^^.

great, thanks for the transcription
The game slows down if the computer can't draw the frames fast enough to always keep time in sync (we've had a lot of issues with unsynced ghost cars etc). Fraps can have a big impact on this. It shouldn't on a big gaming rig though... also, simulation mode is much slower due to realistic grip physics calculations. If you'd look at a real car going 90km/h from that height, it actually would go as slow as the game shows.
