I am not a gamedev, but i am aiming to be one. currently i am trying to make a 3d game, its harder then i expected. I am use to make 2d games in style of Ultima, will poste pics of it later. Oh...my name is Maximus but ChapterXIII is my pseudonym. But at the moment i am locked up in the army, the goverment thougth i would be a good soldier. But i have my laptop and my mobile broadband so they cant stop the signal, Nothing can stop the signal. To end this horrible presentation i would just want to say hello and when i have the time and if i am allowed i will poste a little game i am working on. Bye! |

When you have the time I'd love to see your games, small or big. That's how I am, I'm much better at reviewing (and haxxing?
others games, rather than making them on my own from scratch.
Btw, don't give up on the 3D programming, but it really is very hard. Escpecially when you don't have very much time, and I can imagine the army consumes most of yours at the moment...

Cool to hear that you enjoy making games, I'd also love to see them some time!
Making games do take a long time, especially if you are learning in the process. My advice is to make a clone of some other game in your first attempt. Then you can focus on the learning part and not wander off.
Anyways, I'd love to hear what you think about our games, and that you force your Army buddies to play them. I guess T.W.T.P.B. would be a good start
You could even start your own group and compete with eachother.
And oh... welcome to the community!
