New Community and Design

We're rolling out our new community and design as this is posted, and we need feedback from you guys!

The grand idea is that you can create groups and invite people you want to compete with. You can then create different high score charts for different games.

T.W.T.P.B. will be the first game to support this and it will be released on friday!

Let the feed rip!

In the blog part, tags and paging (at the bottom) looks weird:

Indeed, I'll try to fix it to the next update

The hyperlinks don't look like hyperlinks until you mouse-over them, which is confusing.

The highscores in the community section appear to be in error. For example the AstroCreeps list is empty when viewed from the webpage.

We have not converted the highscores to the new system yet. So all the games (exept T.W.T.P.B.) will be empty for a while.

I agree on the links... for example on the "Play Games Now" page the system requirements items look the same as the links.

Maybe use another color on the links?

nice. that green color is kinda horrible though. why not use the blue in the spell of play logo instead of the green? and use that blue in links also

Some ideas how to fix it?

I think the hyperlinks should be underlined all the time, like hyperlinks usually are, or at least a different color than the regular text.

I also agree with SolidBenny that the blue color from the logo would be nicer than the green.

I think a different color as solidbenny suggested is enough.

Maybe add a button on the group pages to join that group? It's not really obvious that you have to click on View Groups to join, when you can also reach the groups through their New Groups links.

And yes, different colors for links is the way to go. I hate those underlines.

When accepting a group invitation I was greeting with these helpful messages:

I was added to the group though, but I'm guessing it shouldn't look like that Sticking out tongue

*edit*
Also, Forum Posts seems to have been mixed up with Started Threads Eye-wink

I have made some color changes, now the logo orange and blue are the main theme of the site.

If things looks wierd ctrl-f5 is your friend.

Next up on my todolist is a better frontpage, we'll skipp the leftbar on this page and focus on advertising the games in a bigger and better way!

Even newer design!

As you probably have noticed we are changing our design once more! And we are migrating our forum from phpbb to drupals own forum functionality. There is still a bit of stuff that needs to be fixed (there seem to be some issue with access right to the forum for instance) Also the groups and highscore stuff is missing a lot of styles.

We're working on it (as always)

Well, the theme needs

Well, the theme needs some...no, a lot of work. But it looks like it can be really good when it's done. And it's about time the forum got integrated with the rest of the site Smiling
