New Front Page Design

I'm in the process of changing the design of our front page. As of now it feels a bit messy and cluttered. The nifty flash banner rotator is a first step in getting a smoother look.

I'm also planning on moving the menu options up to the now empty area on the right side of the logo. I think that this could work out really well
