Fourth Level in T.W.T.P.B.

The tenth iteration of T.W.T.P.B. was just released. The big news is a whole new fourth level with a new boss battle.
The update includes:
- New Fourth Level the battle against the heretics continues
- New Boss Battle
- New enemy and formations
- Formation improvements
- Options Menu Tweaks
- I10 Highscore chart in the community
